Crema is Eric & Michelle Jurisin’s sixth restaurant in Cottonwood and Jerome. Chef Michelle says “We want everyone who comes to Crema to be dazzled by not just the cool courtyard but especially every handmade item on the menu. Crema is my chance to share favorite recipes that I’ve been making for family and friends on Sunday mornings for years. We will have fresh baked pastries and sorbets and gelato made from scratch right here in our own creamery every day. Great coffee drinks, hand crafted cocktails, local beers, and Arizona wines fill our beverage menu. Crema is in our DNA, like the delicate foam atop a promising espresso shot. We use locally-based, organic, certified fair trade, coffee roasted by Prescott Coffee Roasters. The sweetened base of gelato is known as crema which we make in small batches, then slowly add the freshest natural ingredients to create classic flavors and try new innovative ones. Our produce is sourced locally when possible.

Sat in the beautiful enclosed patio area. Waitress and other staff were very friendly. Had a super lovely and tasty mocha. Food was good. Can't wait to go back!

What a great find in Cottonwood! We loved the selection of drinks, burritos, and baked goods. The outdoor space was so inviting and comfortable. Best of all, staff were all incredible warm, personable and kind.

We had breakfast tacos, bread pudding French Toast, ultimate mimosas and everything was delicious. At first I thought $13 for a mimosa was a bit pricey but quickly realized you get your money's worth when they bring over the rest of the champagne bottle with the drink. We also grabbed a couple of ice coffees on our way out. Iced mocha is great and they offer milk alternatives like almond milk. We'll definitely be back to try some of the pastries we didn't get to this time.
